Realizado de 21 a 23 de outubro, em Bras\u00edlia, o evento tamb\u00e9m contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do s\u00f3cio Arthur Bobsin como avaliador das duas etapas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Promovida pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Processual (IBDP), em parceria com o grupo Processualistas, a competi\u00e7\u00e3o re\u00fane estudantes de institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino de todo o pa\u00eds. A partir de um caso simulado, as equipes elaboram pe\u00e7as processuais e defendem suas teses em sustenta\u00e7\u00f5es orais. A programa\u00e7\u00e3o presencial ocorreu na Escola Nacional de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o e Aperfei\u00e7oamento de Magistrados (Enfam) e no Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (STJ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNa competi\u00e7\u00e3o, os estudantes precisam ir al\u00e9m do conhecimento te\u00f3rico: devem construir uma estrat\u00e9gia para o caso, fundamentar suas escolhas e responder aos questionamentos da banca. \u00c9 um exerc\u00edcio que aproxima a forma\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00eamica das exig\u00eancias da advocacia\u201d, afirma Arthur Bobsin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
